Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 19, 2026
Big Hit Customs LLC (“Big Hit Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Virginia limited liability company that offers custom cards, limited product drops, and artist collaborations.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, purchase products, subscribe to updates, submit an artist application, or communicate with us.
Information We Collect
Contact information. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, inquiry type, and message.
Order information. When you purchase products, we collect information needed to process and fulfill your order, including your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, purchased items, and transaction details. We may also collect a phone number if you provide one during checkout.
Payment information. Stripe processes payments. Payment credentials are submitted through the payment service. We may receive transaction confirmations, payment status, and limited payment details needed to manage your order. Please do not send payment card numbers through email or contact forms.
Marketing subscriptions. When you opt in to drop alerts or promotional emails, we collect your email address and information associated with your subscription and consent preferences.
Artist applications. We collect your name, portfolio, and any contact information, artwork samples, or collaboration details you choose to provide. If we enter into a collaboration, we may separately collect information needed to administer the agreement and make payments.
Technical information. Our hosting and payment services may automatically process information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and activity associated with website or checkout use. The information collected depends on the service and its configuration.
Website form submissions are stored in our GoHighLevel customer relationship management system.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Process payments, fulfill orders, and provide order updates.
- Respond to product, custom card, customer service, and card show inquiries.
- Review artist applications and coordinate collaborations.
- Send product announcements, drop alerts, show updates, and other promotional emails to people who opt in.
- Maintain customer, transaction, collaboration, and consent records.
- Operate and troubleshoot our website and business systems.
- Help prevent fraud, address disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Providing information needed for an order or inquiry allows us to complete that transaction or respond to you. Promotional email subscriptions are optional.
Artist Applications and Artwork
We use artist submissions to evaluate potential collaborations and communicate with applicants.
We do not retain unsuccessful applications for future recruitment. Once an application is declined or closed without a collaboration, we delete it from our active application records, except where limited retention is necessary for a legal obligation or dispute. Copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups.
Submitting an application does not grant us permission to sell or reproduce your artwork. We obtain separate permission before publicly posting submitted artwork or announcing a collaboration. Commercial use, artist credit, compensation, and other collaboration terms are addressed separately.
Service Providers and Information Sharing
We use the following primary services:
- GoHighLevel: Website hosting, form processing, and customer relationship management. Form submissions and related contact records are stored in this system. See GoHighLevel’s Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Payment processing and related transaction services. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We prepare and ship orders ourselves. We provide shipping carriers with the information needed to deliver purchases, such as recipient names and delivery addresses. International shipments may also require customs declarations containing recipient and order information.
We may disclose information to professional advisers when needed for accounting, legal, or business support, and to authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, disputes, or threats to rights and safety.
Information may also be transferred as part of a business sale, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information, upload customer lists to advertising platforms, or share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not give customer or subscriber lists to collaborating artists for their independent marketing.
Cookies and Website Technologies
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or other advertising or retargeting tools.
Our hosting and payment services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to support website operation, checkout, security, and fraud prevention.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect certain website or checkout functions.
Email Marketing
We send promotional emails only to people who opt in. Purchasing a product or submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you.
You can unsubscribe through the link in a promotional email or by contacting joseph@bighitcustoms.com.
Unsubscribing does not stop necessary communications concerning an order, customer service request, payment, or active collaboration. We may retain limited information needed to honor your unsubscribe request.
Data Retention
Except for unsuccessful artist applications as described above, we currently retain customer records, inquiries, and subscription information without a fixed deletion schedule.
Retention may depend on ongoing customer relationships, order support, collaboration administration, accounting requirements, legal obligations, and unresolved disputes.
You may request deletion by contacting us. We may retain information needed to comply with legal requirements, maintain necessary transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or honor marketing opt-outs.
Deleting information from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in service-provider backups.
International Customers
Big Hit Customs operates from the United States. If you interact with us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Privacy protections may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the processing and transfer of your information. Using our website does not waive your applicable privacy rights.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information or obtain a portable copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Opt out of applicable sales, targeted advertising, or certain profiling activities.
- File a complaint with a relevant privacy regulator.
Where applicable, we process information to fulfill orders and agreements, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests such as responding to inquiries and preventing fraud, or act on your consent for promotional emails.
To make a request, email joseph@bighitcustoms.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before responding.
We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions, which we will explain when relevant.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denial, reply to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will review the appeal and provide any required information about further complaint options.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
